I’m so glad you are here! It’s time to pray scripture together. I want you to know how much sharing this with you is helping me. This is now the primary way I pray!
Today I’m thinking about my many weaknesses and looking at Psalm 27:14. “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”
So many ways I could pray for myself from this short passage. Here’s what came out:
Replace the pronouns with the appropriate ones for the person (or yourself) that you are praying for.
Lifting you to His throne in this. And don’t forget to share this on social media or with a friend who could benefit. It would mean so much to me. And if you don’t want to miss a Praying God’s Word Wednesday, subscribe over on the right hand side of this page.
I am the “friend who could benefit” from this prayer. I am one who is waiting on the Lord. I am one who is trying NOT to make a big change in my own strength and power. I am one who want God to lead me on the path that He has already chosen for me. I needed this, Lauren. Thank you, sweet sister.
Oh, Linda. Me too. I’m so glad it was helpful to you today. Thank you for letting me know.
What a blessed praying God’s word Wednesday. I appreciate this series. Blessings.

Blessings to you, Paula.
Thank you, Lauren, for this timely post. I was just talking with a friend with some unexplained, worrisome physical maladies; I prayed through this prayer for him.
I’m so grateful that this was helpful for you. I’m saying a prayer for your friend right now too. Thank you for telling me, Candice.
Another great prayer, Lauren, these truly inspire me to pray better for others, thank you!!
Thanks for saying that, Donna. I appreciate you.
Hi Lauren.
This is the perfect prayer for me this week. I was just blogging about waiting on God!
Peace and grace,
Tammy

Jennifer
I’m so glad it was helpful to you. Thank you for letting me know.
Living in the wait of a prayer sent out – trusting – restraining myself from helping it along because God’s timing is not my own! I really believe that every time I try to “help” the plan along, I just add more time to the wait. Such an encouraging middle-of-the-week reminder, Lauren! ~ Maryleigh
I always appreciate your prayer messages, Lauren! Thanks for sharing and linking with me.
